No artificial seasonings used & carefully prepared dishes that bring out the flavor of the ingredients

We use only ingredients that are good for your body, such as soy sauce that has been made in Shodoshima using traditional methods for about 400 years, and dashi stock made from natural kelp and bonito flakes from Kagoshima Prefecture. We will do our best to bring smiles to our customers' faces.
