Our homemade tofu is rich and made by soaking soybeans overnight. It has a strong soybean sweetness and aroma that you won't find anywhere else, so try it as is. To change the flavor, try our homemade cherry blossom salt. Among the three appetizers is cod milt with ponzu sauce. It's so fresh that it doesn't have a fishy smell at all, and it's sweet and creamy, making it an amazing dish. Enjoy it with our homemade ponzu sauce made from pesticide-free sudachi citrus from Tokushima.
