Homemade tofu is a rich tofu made by soaking soybeans in water overnight.It has a strong soybean sweetness and aroma that you won't find anywhere else, so try eating it as is without adding anything.To change the flavor, use homemade cherry blossom salt.Among the three appetizers is cod milt with ponzu sauce.Because it's fresh, it doesn't have a fishy smell at all, and it's sweet and creamy, making it an amazing dish.Enjoy it with homemade ponzu sauce made from pesticide-free sudachi citrus from Tokushima.
