■Homemade Tofu ~Served fresh from the steamer~ 《With homemade cherry blossom salt》
■Assortment of 6 types ~Including the world's finest 44-month aged Iberico ham~
■Scallops from Sarubutsu, Hokkaido, with sea urchin cream sauce, served with premium baguette.
■ Today's soup
■Gifu's Kenton pork spare ribs (can be changed to a hamburger made with Hida beef A5 and Kenton pork).(The price will change depending on the weight.)
■Palate cleanser salad: Baby leaf salad with vinaigrette dressing
■Kansai-style fluffy and creamy okonomiyaki made with Iberico pork belly (pasta can be substituted)
For an additional ¥1650, you can upgrade to a 100g sirloin steak from a female A5-grade Hida beef cow.
You can change the final dish to garlic rice at no extra charge.
Okonomiyaki can be substituted with pasta.
A dessert platter can be added for an additional ¥1430 (tax included).
